Inspiring Leader Framework

The Inspiring Leaders Framework is a great starting point for pinpointing the leadership development of either individual leaders or groups of leaders needing to sharpen their leadership skills and behaviours. Using this framework (ILF) will help leaders to find the right mix of competencies to make the most of natural strengths and also determine any areas which are crucial to improve.

Azure’s ILF is designed to give structure to the self-assessment process and is often completed sitting alongside an experienced leadership coach and facilitator, helping the leader to determine how best that might be achieved. This can then link nicely with Azure’s Coaching² offering, helping a leader to meet their own development needs in a way best suited to them.
